Also had ear plugs, never had them before they made the experience a lot more pleasant.

Good:
-Friendly staff.
-Quick service.
-Genuinely care about patients.
Improvements:
-In my case I would have appreciated more delay in the explanation of the MRI scan, however I understand not all parents would want this.
